"Horrible customer service! They tried to overcharge me when i got a price to add my second car, glad that i spoke to statefarm directly and they gave a price which was much cheaper! When i contacted them few weeks later with some questions regarding the billing, the lady was nasty on the phone and didn't let me talk, she started screaming and hung up the phone!!"
